Reviews and Ratings <br />
My experience at this hotel was quite mixed. On one hand, I found the rooms to be exceptionally clean and the staff, particularly Elizabeth, were incredibly attentive. However, there were several service issues during my stay, and the breakfast offered was not what I expected. Despite the positives, I left feeling somewhat underwhelmed.
I had a pretty mixed experience at this hotel. While the location is convenient, and the staff was understanding, the cleanliness of the room left a lot to be desired. The breakfast options were limited and not very fulfilling. Overall, I appreciated the effort to update the motel, but there are still areas that need significant improvement.
I had a mix of experiences at this hotel. While the room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was decent, there were some major issues with the outdated facilities and the outrageous problem of being triple booked. I definitely didn't feel safe during my stay, especially with the presence of bugs and an ineffective heater. Overall, it’s a place that needs improvement, particularly in maintenance and customer management.
I had a disappointing experience at Willow Tree motel. The check-in took way too long, and the room didn't match the pictures at all. There was no hot water during my stay, which made it really uncomfortable. On the positive side, the price was reasonable, and the fridge in the room worked fine. Overall, I wouldn't recommend staying here.
The hotel provides a mix of pros and cons. The rooms are generally clean and comfortable, and the breakfast, while adequate, could use improvement. However, the outside area needs attention, and I had safety concerns during my stay, which made me leave earlier than planned. Overall, it offers decent value for the price but has room for improvement.
